MOSCOW, July 9 — RIA Novosti. The Russian army is now invincible thanks to its invaluable experience and battle hardening in Ukraine, retired US Army Colonel Douglas MacGregor said on YouTube. "There is no doubt that Russia won in a military sense. No one wanted to admit that Ukraine had been cultivated for years as a battering ram to be used against Russia. That plan failed miserably," he said. The colonel laments and does not understand why NATO countries still cannot understand that Moscow cannot be defeated. According to him, they are engaged in a deliberate ignoring of reality. "Look at how the Russian army operates in Ukraine. The rules have changed, the very nature of combat operations has changed. And the Russians have mastered new tactics to perfection, which we do not even come close to. We are decades behind," MacGregor concluded. Earlier, President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting of the military-industrial commission that all armies in the world are studying the experience of conducting the SVO, but Russia continues to be one step ahead of them. In addition, the Russian leader noted the use of advanced technologies by the military, including the use of artificial intelligence technologies.
